Note:
- Some of our workshops may require taking the relevant self and multi-rated assessments.
- We can offer follow-up programs such as group coaching, mastermind, and cohort programs to keep the learning momentum going.
- Though we enlist potential topics below, we first would like to have a chat with the decision maker to know a) Your goal (s), b) How success is measured, c) Anticipated outcomes, and so on. 1. Excelling as a New Supervisor or Manager.
Many organizations promote their star employees to supervisory positions for the first time without giving them a head start.
As a result, many fail, hurt their health, the wellbeing of their team, and the bottom line for weeks, sometimes for months and even years.

At the end of this 1 or 2 days of workshop or webinar, participants will learn:

- Craft an effective speech and design killer PowerPoint slides,
- Practice on how to make proper eye contacts, use purposeful body movements, and gestures,
- Learn how to start their speech with high impact, hook the audience right away, make smooth transitions, and close with high tone inspiring the audience to act immediately.

The only place there is no conflict is in the graveyards.
Conflict causes so many unwanted consequences such as lack of harmony and synergy, high turnover, and poor performance.
