III. Trusted Advisor Coaching

Unlike the previous two coaching programs, this is not a project-based coaching arrangement. The engagement model is retention. Which means, the coaching lasts for 12 months, with the potential to renew at the end of each year.

As much as you retain a lawyer or an accountant throughout the year, you also need to retain a leadership advisor.

You need a trusted advisor who knows your organization, people, and culture like the back of his or her hand. An advisor who fully understands your mission, vision, and long term goals. A coach who isn’t transactional. A partner who stays with you for the long haul. A trusted partner who:

  1. Makes himself or herself available with a moment’s notice.
  2. Offers you honest feedback.
  3. Challenges your ideas when necessary.
  4. Brainstorm with you before making crucial decisions, and more.

This retentional program will be custom designed for each client to determine the number of interactions they need:

  1. Every month,
  2. The format the coaching session follows,
  3. Duration for each session, and
  4. Whether there will be email exchanges and emergency calls between sessions.
