We are committed to providing comprehensive and long-term holistic growth programs to empower individuals and teams to meet today’s goals and prepare for tomorrow’s opportunities and challenges.

These programs can be taken standalone or follow-up to our other services, such as keynote and motivational speeches, workshops, public seminars, and coaching.

Below are the three programs you may order for your team or organization:

I. Summits

3 days of intense and transformative retreat that leads to breakthroughs. We can design and deliver this program for your team. Below are some available Summit themes:

1.1. All-weather Communicator. Within 3 days, the team will learn and practice to develop all-around communication abilities, such as verbal and non-verbal communication, active listening, fcross-cultural communication, speaking in front of a camera or audience, communicating skillfully on multiple communication platforms, and more. By the end of the session, they’ll come up with comprehensive communication strategies

1.2. Entrepreneur of the 21st C. Within 3 days, participants will learn how to form, set up, launch, make their organization independent of the founder (s), increase its valuation, scale, and exit the organization. By the end of the session, participants will outline and draft the documents that guide them on the journey from forming to scaling their organization.

1.3. Strategic Planning. Within 3 days, the team revisits its long-term strategic plan, if there is one, and brainstorms to craft the short and long term plans of the team/organization using the latest strategic planning tools. In the end, the team comes up with a draft strategic plan.

1.4. Holistic Leadership Development. Within 3 days, the team will learn the right mindset, competencies, character and personality it takes to succeed at the stage of leadership development the team is, such as Emerging, Middle, or Senior Leadership. At the end of the program, they will draft their collective and individual leadership development plan to guide them grow for the next 6 to 12 months.

II. Master Minds

Exclusive mastermind programs for a small number of like-minded participants at the same level of growth. There will be a unique curriculum that guides each mastermind group. Overall, however, Master Minds are designed to create a very safe and empowering environment for peers to learn from one another, make themselves accountable, share info, form partnerships, and alliances, and more.

III. Cohort Programs

Cohort programs may last 6 – 12 months. Each cohort program will be guided by a curriculum. Overall, all cohorts will have orientation, monthly workshops, in-between assignments, and graduation. Depending on their growth needs, participants may take assessments.

Below are the available Cohorts:

3.1. Emerging Leaders cohort program. This program is designed for emerging leaders such as newly promoted team leaders, project managers, and supervisors. It equips participants to build a team that runs like a well-oiled machine, improve performance, and deliver results quickly.

3.2. Middle Leaders cohort program. This program is for senior supervisors aspiring to become managers and middle managers. It empowers them to succeed in leading from the middle.

3.3. Senior Leaders cohort program. This program is right for senior middle managers, aspiring executives, and senior leaders. It equips them to understand the mandates of executive leadership, impart vision, creat a robust and learning culture, and excel at many advanced leadership skillsets.
